We offer an additional fee-based service to any candidates who may feel uncertain of their potential within the workplace. Employment Life Coaching is particularly valuable for those recently out of full-time education, or those looking for career direction and help with achieving their career or life goals.
Our Employment and Life Coach can support candidates with confidence building, career consultancy, CV positioning, personal ‘branding’ and presentation as well as broader life and success coaching.
Coaching is fully geared to each candidate’s individual needs and can be extremely valuable in helping to clarify and direct your career decisions and actions.
