Our Client
Our Client is a Marketing Digital Agency with a number of offices in the UK, this role is based for their London office with currently 300+ staff. The Client Services Department manage the Client relationship as well as managing the internal process and systems. They take the responsibility for ensuring a project is delivered to brief, to time and to budget. They ensure that they exceed Client and Agency expectations. Their role is ensuring a great creative product and a robust technical solution should not be underestimated.
Key Accountabilities:
- Focus energy on building and maintaining mutually agreeable Client relationships. Spend time with the Client, getting to know them and what they do.
- Keep your Client organised and ensure they understand and appreciate Agency procedures and policies
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and excitement for the Client’s business and market, ensure you know as much (if not more) as they do
- Respond to new briefs, develop plans, strategies, mechanics, creative documents, budgets and presentations
- Take ultimate responsibility for delivering commissioned projects accurately, to budget, on time and to an agreed standard. Make sure you know how jobs are going
- Take a proactive approach to increase business with your Clients – ensure growth plans are developed. Be involved in the planning stages of the Client’s marketing and technical plans
- Maintain regular involvement on new business; attend initial meetings, manage the pitch process and present at key meetings and pitches as well as managing the development of concepts within the Agency
- Write outstanding creative briefs, hold creative debates, provide constructive feedback and ultimately ensure that the best possible creative product is delivered to the client
- Be aware of the Agency’s forecasts (income and turnover) as a whole and proactively seek opportunities to maximise profitability and income
- Ultimately, you should truly acts as a member of your clients’ marketing department working strategically across the business and ensuring that working with the agency is a pleasure.
Key Requirement
- Must have agency digital experience
- Must have experience with paid search, emailing, web design, creative production, web banners and mailshots.
- 99\% of digital experience is essential
